Anyone tried the paleo diet?

Recently my hidranitis has been flaring up to the point im worried my boyfriend won't find me attractive if it carries on. So researching it recommends the paleo diet. But doesn't have much on how it works?

It's basically just eating unprocessed foods... Actual grains not stuff made from flour, fruits, vegetables, meat you buy from the store and cook yourself not sausages and what not.

There are few unprocessed foods that are not healthy so the whole point is to just avoid processed crap you thought were healthy. E. g. white bread, basically all cereals

yeah i'm like 80% paleo 100% of the time lol my day-to-day diet is very much paleo-oriented

Yeah, I basically stopped shitting and became super constipated lmao. I'm a high carb vegan now. 100x better.
