Easy ways to lose a little bit of weight?

Eat three healthy meals per day.
Snack only on fruit.
Use a small plate so that you don't eat as much.
Stop eating cakes, biscuits, sweets, crisps, chocolate, fizzy drink etc.
Drink only water.
Where possible, walk instead of driving or using public transport.
Exercise at least once per day. This is what I do every morning...
The same exercise routine every morning? That sounds boring... I'll just stick to my ballet classes :p

5 pounds? That's hardly anything you don't have to make any changes to your diet. Just do some cardio which naturally burns fat in the process and you'll be good to go. 5k run 4 times a week should be totally sufficient.
I was looking for ways to "fool" my body into thinking it ate more, so that I can stay happy and lazy and satisfied without gaining any more weight. I already work out as much as Im willing to.
I cut out alcohol completely, it seems to work a bit.
stop eating past 5:30 and eat 2 meals a day with snacks. that's the only lifestyle that works for me that helps me lose weight consistently
Lower your portions by a bit and hit the gym :) eat more at breakfast and less at supper so that you can burn off the calories.
Im already doing enough sports I think, I do ballet 3 times a week and cycle about 15-30 minutes a day. The breakfast-supper thing is a good idea :)
