I am suddenly started being fat I don't know why

Eating more & moving more. For instance, if someone does just 60minutes of zone 2 cardio per day, they could likely eat at their former maintenance intake & still lose around half a lb per week. So imagine if they did 120mins per day or even more while still keeping calories in a high enough place for good recovery & performance.

Find your calorie number , 2100 or whatever for a guy, and eat 200 fewer per day. You'll lose 10 pounds in a week. After that it will be a little bit slower, but still decent.
