Fatty foods aren’t the issue, sugar and processed foods are. Salt too. You wanna drink lots of water and eat healthy. Carbs are fine. No more snacks. 2 meals a day should be enough, say a peanut butter toast with smoothie in the morning (no added sugar, just the fruit and maybe unsweetened oat milk) and a pasta with brocolli for dinner with seeds (pumkin and hemp) for protein, maybe some cheese ontop

cut all of grains and refined sugars. work out 6-7 days a week. don't over workout and injure your self.
don't eat high calorie foods
add veggies.You have got 90% of it. Eat better and exercise. You should be losing 2 pounds a week.
