A pan coated with bacon grease, a layer of whipped eggs, a layer of mozzarella cheese, a layer of bacon and sausage and salami, a layer of ricotta cheese mixed with various spices, another layer of the meats, a layer of mozzarella mixed with cheddar... topped off with another layer of egg...

Mash potatoes with cheese sauce, a little bit of macaroni and cheese my sister made, and like a bite of corn.
I wasn't really hungry and I couldn't have the rest of what my family made because I'm vegetarian.

We went to my brothers for Easter dinner and he made a ham. I don't eat ham so I brought a chicken breast for me and my one daughter and we also had scalloped potatoes, Caesar salad , corn and carrots. Dessert was carrot cake and apple pie.

I ate enchiladas. No, I gorged on them XD that and homemade enchilada sauce.

And for Easter snack, I had Spanish influenced ramen noodles.

It was very traditional.

Kielbasa and cheesy potatoes. I didn't even eat that much - two pieces of kielbasa - and I'm still feeling painfully full 5 hours later 😩👎🏻

I've never heard of people having ham for Easter, only Christmaa. We had BBQ'd sausages, steak and chicken, salad and buns.
