Fritatta. A pan coated with bacon grease, a layer of whipped eggs, a layer of mozzarella cheese, a layer of bacon and sausage and salami, a layer of ricotta cheese mixed with various spices, another layer of the meats, a layer of mozzarella mixed with cheddar... topped off with another layer of egg...
Yum...
Probably Chinese take out or something because I'm not Christian.
Mash potatoes with cheese sauce, a little bit of macaroni and cheese my sister made, and like a bite of corn.
I wasn't really hungry and I couldn't have the rest of what my family made because I'm vegetarian.
Pot roast
Mac n cheese
Sweet potatoes
String beans

We went to my brothers for Easter dinner and he made a ham. I don't eat ham so I brought a chicken breast for me and my one daughter and we also had scalloped potatoes, Caesar salad , corn and carrots. Dessert was carrot cake and apple pie.

And for Easter snack, I had Spanish influenced ramen noodles.
