They're both kinda up there in price, and I have the money to pay full price for at least one of them eventually (like in a week or two).
Right now I have shoes that are working pretty well for me to run in, though they aren't classified as running shoes. But I'm also not running the whole time I'm out there. I'm rotating between power walking AND running, so I'm not sure which one would be more beneficial for me to invest in first. The powder or the gear.
I'M SUCH A FITNESS NOOB HELP.
(Also I realize I don't necessarily NEED the protein powder, but I don't really consume any protein during the day 98% of the time so I figure it'd be kind of beneficial if I looked into it. If you have any recommendations of WHAT protein powder to get, I'll take 'em.)
