Pulsating pain in butt-hole while going bathroom?

I needed to go poop, so I go to the bathroom and sit there for a moment and suddenly there's this kind of pulsating pain pushing against my butt hole from the inside.

or maybe it was not pulsating, not sure how to describe the pain but it felt like pressure, not burning, just pain pushing on my anus from the inside. It hurts!

i started breathing out rapidly through my mouth, it sounded like when a girl is about to give birth.
What the Fluke is that pain? And why?

Has as this happened to you? Anybody know why this happened?

I pooped fine. It was right after I pooped that this pain came.
I've never had problems going to the bathroom, and it was not hard to poop and there was no pain to poop.

I eat healthy I do eat a lot of fiber and I do excercise.
This is not constipation. It doesn't hurt to poop and I don't take long to poop. It was just a pushing pain from the inside pushing out. I want to know what that was and why it's happening.

Hey there, I'm quite sure that's hemorrhoids. Don't worry, it's normal. It happens when you exert too much pressure while trying to defecate which causes blood to rush to the veins causing it to be engorged and thus block the passage of stool, making it harder. The pulsating feeling you feel is due to the flowing of blood.

The people who say it's constipation aren't entirely wrong either. If your stool is easier to pass, you won't exert that much pressure which causes blood to flow to the veins. For treatment, you could have a surgery if it bothers you so much but it's not really recommended unless severe enough.

Just try not to hold on your urge to defecate, eat more fiber for easier stool passing. And of course, lots of water like what what the others are telling you.

As you say, this is pain that happened after you pooped because of the pressure you exerted. This could have happened for the the first time because it takes time for the blood to build up.

Sounds like constipation. Increase the amount of water you drink, cut back on cheese for a while, and try to eat more fiber.

I have no problem pooping and never have. I pooped just fine. The pain came and left, but I am concerned about what it could be.

If the aCT of poopING is painful then it's likely a mild case of constipation. Yes you may be pooping normally but it's painful, which isn't normal and likely a cause of lack of proper fluid intake, aka constipation

I never once mentioned that it was painful to poop. I'm not sure where you're getting that from. I have never had pain to poop and it never takes me long to do it.

It was just a pushing pain from the inside pushing out. Not pain while pooping nor pain before pooping.

It's possible you could be getting a hemorrhoid, if you lift heavy things or have pushed harder than usual this could be the case. Also if you do not do Kegels you could have a pelvic floor weakening of the muscle, that could lead to hemorrhoids, A doctor can check to verify. If you have black stools or have bloody stools see a doctor. If the pain persists see a doctor. And you poop should be the consistency of oatmeal or have a long tubular look like when the star cover is removed from the soft serve ice cream machine and a long rod of ice cream comes out is the best way to describe it, sorry for the visual.

You're just constipated you just have to go and it will clear up. Try walking for 2 miles then you will need to go right away. Eat peanut butter and spinach it helps

Why do you people keep saying constipated. I should have added that I pooped just fine. I have never in my life experienced constipation. It did not hurt to poop, and it came out just fine like always. I'm talking about pain that happened not about pain not being able to poop. It was a pushing pain from the inside. And I pooped just fine like normal.,

Well I have digestive problems so over the past two months I learned a lot about things in the general area of the stomach to the anus. What hemorrhoids are are swollen vains in your anus that can cause discomfort and pain when sitting and can cause pain and bleeding when doing your business. It's nothing super serious, you don't even need a specialist, just go to your general doctor if you keep having this pain. I could be wrong since I'm not an expert but it sounds about right.
