Trending & News I was a power lifter in the past I would do a warm up of 10 reps on the bench press then I would max out heavy weights doing 5 sets of 5 reps and that made me s strong as a bull and made my body thick full of muscle I was like a Mack truck no one could touch me in sports and in the streets
It depends on your goal. For muscle gain you want hypertrophy which is 10-12 reps. For functional strength gains you want lower reps, like 3-5. And you should always be working with a weight that's enough to make you have to quit after doing the target amount of reps.
Oh it varies drastically depending on what I'm doing. But I shoot for a minimum of 10 exercises with at least 3 sets and anywhere from 10 to 20 reps.
Depends on what you're doing. Chest, back, biceps, quads, etc.
My reps go from 8-15 and sets are usually 4-6, with 30-60 seconds between sets.

depends on what im working on depends on what outcome im looking for am i building muscle? am i maintaining muscle? am i losing body fat? all that matters when you put together a workout program then that determines how many sets and reps i do
I lift as much as I'm capable of lifting 4 ~ 6 reps for three sets, then I lower the weights by 5 lbs when I begin reaching fatigue and I start the process again. There's no exact time but when I lift I go hard enough to the point where my arms tell me they can't go anymore.
Every lift is strength exersise OP In compound lifts like bench, squat, deadlift, OHp I do 3 sets of 8 reps and on other lifts I do 3 sets of 12-15 reps
i'd say 5 or 7 exercises i have in my workout i do max 12 reps or 10 of every sets of every exercise.
3 sets of everything and 6 reps for each set high weight I only do more then 6 reps when it comes to a muscle that requires more stress like forearms or calves.
I don't workout often but when I do I have no idea what I'm doing lol
Giggles! ๐
Arms I usually do 3 sets of 10 reps, per station. Legs 3 sets of 15 reps.
I do 0 sets of 1 million pushups.
Usually 5 sets
10 reps
12 reps , 3 sets, around 10-12 exercises
All of them. 😏
