I've been coughing so much that I got abs?

I've been sick for a week now of a horrible cough, i cough more times a day than i blink, so the last two days everytime i move i feel horrible pain in my stomach, like horrible soreness. Help anyone been throw this before? Because i just can't cope i literally got abs from this and im in horrible pain.

Yea this has happened to me lol, it's a thing. I'm sorry, that sucks though.. your abs need time to recover just like if you were actually doing a workout and coughing more isn't helping. Just try and take the things you need, cough syrup, cough drops, whatever that'll help.
