I'm trying to lose weight in my thighs.. Pelvic area it's thick there and I want it gone
Its like my knees are pretty skinny but the closed you get to my pelvic area my legs Get bigger
You will most definitely have to take your training up a notch.
Start by doing some resistance training (basically training with weights, allowing your muscles to really work)
Deep squats (where you squat all the way down until your bottom is close to touching the floor) are most effective for targeting the thigh region.
Exercises such as leg press (placing your feet wide) will also do the trick.
Lunges with dumbbells may help as well.
I can guarantee that if you do these exercises, you will experience a dramatic change in not only your legs getting more muscular, but your body gets stronger and thus you shed more fat in your workouts.
Will it change my shape?
I have a good shape just my thighs are too big
It will most definitely transform your shape into a more appealing form.
You can't spot burn. Exercise and fat loss doesn't work like that. You can't deliberately control where it goes away from. Your trouble spot is simply the last spot it disappears from. For many women the thighs are the areas that retain it the most and last. That fat won't be gone until after you've lost enough fat to have visible abs.
So I'd have to lose weight overall
If you go to the gym, this is the adductor machine that works on your inner thighs

@archiz not necessarily. If her thighs are the only part she wants to change, it's illogical to start a diet over it. Mainly because if that's how her body is built she will always have bigger thighs compared to the rest of her body. From my experience those who are not happy with a part of their body, like their butt, their thighs ecc. just need to tone up a little bit and it will look better
I dunno... my mum's lower body part is bigger than her upper body part yet she managed to make them smaller mainly bu running for 30mins and more.
She said she wants to lose weight first so that s why I suggested it.
again toning up would just make her lower body part bigger, even if firmer.
The first one looks like itd help
Good way to know is feel where your muscles get sore.
Ballet is great for thighs and bum. Maybe try that! It's fun too.
In think I'd need better cardio for that

You can't specifically lose weight in a certain spot, spot reduction does exist, you have to simply train and eat right and your will lose weight across your entire body, thighs included. It just takes time and patience.
There are exercise's you can do however that target your thigh muscles which will make them bigger though and make them more defined.
Home exercises or gym exercises
In the Gym at least in mine there is a machine that allows you to work your inner and outer thigh.
For the gym and home you can find exercises for both your quadriceps and hamstrings ( muscles that make up your thigh region )

Well if you're trying to lose size then just really long runs to burn fat. But if your legs are thick because of muscle then there's not much to reduce them without stopping exercise (and then that muscle size would just get replaced with fat size). If your legs are meaty from muscle then why get rid of them?
It runs in my family sort of and I personally don't like it
Aww why though? Muscular legs on a girl look hot!
There are several exercises that target your thigh (quadricep and hamstring) muscles. You cannot "lose weight in my thighs" specifically, as spot weight reduction does not exist. You have to lose weight throughout your body holistically.
You can't spot reduce. You have to lose weight everywhere.
Try bridges! They are my favorite and a great way to tone your thighs! Make sure to do a lot!
Ill have to look up what they are exactly I'm new to this
Elliptical in a high incline can help with that.
Lunges, squats.
