Is that an exersize that target's thighs?

It feels like when I walk I'm a treadmill, Its only targeting my legs and calves.

I'm trying to lose weight in my thighs.. Pelvic area it's thick there and I want it gone

Its like my knees are pretty skinny but the closed you get to my pelvic area my legs Get bigger
Is that an exersize that target's thighs?
