Please note that if you have Cysts on your ovaries that are enlarged, it can also cause pain in the same region and be really uncomfortable/painful during sex.
Ovarian cysts can also cause extreme pain during menstruation and also mess with your bowel movements. [Just a little fyi in case that matches what you may or may not be experiencing]

Cervical Cancer:
Ovarian cancer often has no symptoms in the early stages.
Pain in the pelvis; can occur during sexual intercourse

Menstrual: heavy menstruation, irregular menstruation, or spotting

Groin: abnormal vaginal bleeding or abnormal vaginal discharge
-Also common: fatigue, nausea, weight loss, or irregular uterine bleeding

Ovarian Cancer Symptoms:
Pain areas: in the abdomen or pelvis

Gastrointestinal: bloating, change in bowel habits, indigestion, or nausea

Abdominal: abdominal fullness, fluid in the abdomen, or lump in the abdomen

Whole body: cancer-related fatigue or loss of appetite

Also common: weight loss
