Is it bad to eat cough drops and flinstone gummies like candy?

There's a limit to how many you can have of each.
Cough drops contain certain ingredients that are bad for the heart. You can read about that here: www.livestrong.com/.../
That is why, when you buy a bag cough drops, it will tell you somewhere on the label the maximum number you can eat in a day. I believe the kind I use says 25, but it really differs depending on the cough drops you consume.

Vitamins aren't something I know much about, but I do believe they also have certain ingredients that shouldn't be consumed too often. If you look on the label of any bottle of vitamins, it usually suggests one or two a day. This is for a reason.

It is not healthy to eat them like candy.
