So I'm losing weight I use to weigh 250 and now I'm at 220, I stopped drinking soda and alcohol, and I'm not eating junk food, and starting Monday I will not eat at fast food restaurants unless they sell salads. So this summer I'm thinking about eating like a vegetarian and eat some meat twice a week just in case. I don't usually take vitamins because I eat fruits and vegetables but I was wondering since I'm going to start eating less should I take them.
