My shoulders really hurt, what should I do?

get in the shower and run really hot water over them it helps to loosen up the muscles and ease aches failing that go to the doctors and get an exam done

When I move them they hurt

You might have sprained or tore something so you need to go to a doctor to make sure that you didn't tear something and need surgery

mine do too... but i was shooting off a M-16 at Dave and busters for like 45 mins... lol

Hmm, you have to remember exactly what you did or maybe your sleeping position was wrong the day before to determine your status, however you can ask someone from your family to give you a massage if they can afford a good one.
You can still do it yourself by stretching but i don't recommend, if the pain hasn't gone till tomorrow, you gotta see a doctor.

Put pain-relieving rub on them. Maybe you slept wrong so your shoulder is sore.
