Increase blood flow to your head without creating pressure?

pretty self explanatory.. Have a complicated situation but kind of urgent if there's any way to easily do this?

Why? What do you feel? You should only increase blood flow to you head when you feel dizzy or feel like fainting. Any excess blood would be bad for you as it will definitely increase pressure. There's no good way to do this actually

there's metal between the skin and bone of my forehead. I want to move it to the side of my head or a place i can cut it out without leaving a noticeable scar. It hurts pretty bad though.

No im pretty proactive. I've had worse.. Easier to do it myself. Everyone makes a big deal out of everything im sick of the attention and stress it brings

PLease do not take this in a negative way, but I think you may need medical assistance to do something like that... what if you hit an artery when you are cutting?
