I'm 16 and today it was really awkward because me and my friend pre planned to go to this spot so I could give him head it was really awkward before because I was really nervous I had never even seen a dick before today and so I went down on him and then after he said that I suck like a champ which made it awkward all over again to. WELL. I felt the same way about pre planning oral with my friend. Trust me, it is so much more fun, relaxing, intimate and worth it when you dont plan it :) I was going to be a bit playful and say something like talk about the weather but im guessing you want a serious answer.

Guys love it when you look up at them so they can see your eyes while you're doing it, or atleast, from my own and other people i know's opinon we do. Talking dirty could help, say you find what you're doing is pleasing him more than something else, or he moans, playfully ask if he likes it in a seductive voice, dont say it too much that it gets repetitive. Gagging to me isn't too much of a turn on, but I dont really mind it, I can see some sort of appeal to it, like you're pleasing more of him as its going deeper and feels better, but like it seems like you're at a discomfort, like you're choking ahah I dont want to like hurt anyone ahah but thats just like my opinion.

Going back to the pre planning part, try not to. You have all the nerves and youve gone through all the things you are going to do, how to do it right, how not to do it... You lose some passion and emotion and like youd gain that and more when its spontaneous and you get lost in the moment...

Don't do it again until your urge to do it outweighs the awkward/uncomfortable feelings.

That said, awkward is normal for the first time with anything. You'll figure out what works for both of you if you choose to continue.

One important thing though. Make sure you're going down on him because you want to do it rather than because you think it will make him like you.
