I have a bad eating habbit
And i have no eating schedule

So i basically i eat whatever whenever, And i know its not good for you im trying to lose 30- 40 pounds by September
Lets just say i weigh about 300 lounds 100% body fat

I dont know how i got this big i remember i was very very bony in some of elemntary i mean literally had a prison body but i gained so much

Anyway

So is there like a website that tells you what you can eat to lose weight and when you can eat

Or gives you a time to eat?
