So it's almost summer and every girl has those couple of extra pounds they want to shed before its full blown bikini season right? Well, at work this afternoon a coeworker said that she always looses five pounds in three days by doing a cleanse. So my question is, do they actually work? What exactly are they? Do you basically just pee and poop water for three days? Would you/ have you ever done it? I googled it and saw sooo many mixed reviews so I'd appreciate all opinions. Thanks
There is no quick fix. That wait will come back in a week or so I bet.
Just put the hardwork in. Otherwise you'll gain the wait back, have these terrible cravings, and it's not really all that healthy. Tracking your calories and excercise is the way to go. make the long term investment in yourself to have a great bikini body. Maybe even year round... well not over Christmas and New years of course lol.
