How to relieve stress?

Ever since my boyfriend's ex-girlfriend decided to message him, then post old videos of them together on Facebook, I have gotten this heavy feeling on my shoulders. I know it is stress, and I can't get rid of it.

The best stress relief is going target shooting or reloading your own ammo. Shooting is like punching a pillow and reloading is like going to the spa lol. Everyone needs both. Sometimes, shooting can be like going to a spa too, when doing something like long range rifle shooting. It takes relaxing, concentration and slowing down your breathing and heart rate. All relaxing things.
