I wouldn't say that scars are "hot". I'm usually indifferent to them.

What i mean by that is, i wouldn't really care if my girlfriend had some kind of scar or not, as long as it wasn't huge and/or disfiguring.

No they are never hot. Usually they don't make a difference, but they can be ugly
