I'm sixteen, a girl, 5'4 and 129 pounds... and people tell me I'm small (personally, I don't think I'm small at all). Would you say I'm small based on my height and weight?

You have a bmi of 22.1 and the normal weight is 18.5–24.9 so you're fine. When people look at you you might look a bit small. I know 12 year olds that are taller than 5.4 but it's okay that you're 5.4 some people are shorter than others. The good news is you can get piggy back rides your whole life!!
