Maybe odd question but how can you prevent that you have to Go while you are sporting?

I dont understand the question. How do you prevent going to the bathroom while playing sports? Well, my dad said once if you really have to go but you can't at the moment to wiggle your ear lobes with your fingers or touch the roof of your mouth with your tongue. Lol. Hope that answered your question.

haha i dunno i would sorta just 'hold it' and try to forget about it. I'm that person who makes sure my bladder is all set before i play though. I don't know it's a thing i do.

Wear a diaper, or do some form of bladder training; kegel exercises/urination delay. Some people have weak bladders, others strong, but it can all be improved through bladder exercises.
