Ummm gosh I have not traditional played sports since high school I don't count martial arts because I don't see that as a sport, hmmm does hackey sack count?

I workout 3 or 4 times a week and I play lacrosse 3 times a week and play a match once a week :) it's good fun and I love it but the problem is my muscles are sore basically 24/7 😂

I exercise, practice my swordsmanship and also thought of taking up archery (if any of that counts.🤔)

First of all, that Asian girl is a beauty.

Secondly, I don't do anything athletic anymore aside from working out. But I used to bike and practice martial arts. My favorite was boxing.

I shoot baskets every other day after work in the warm months. And try to get some pick up ball going anytime we get some participants at the park.

I do a boxing workout every few days, and in the spring and autumn I enjoy outdoor target archery. Been quite a while since I played a team sport though, being out of school and all.
