I go to the gym 4-5 days a week, and I play hockey usually 6 times a week over 4 days. I might be on GAG while I’m taking a break from skating, lmao, I don’t do too much sitting around.

I do the gym or run most days. I do play sports, mainly football, rugby and cricket in the summer. I suck at tennis, squash and badminton.
Typically 5 days a week and one of the following- run, swim, gym, hiking or soccer
I do manual labor for a living so I technically workout everyday but I generally try to workout 5 days a week though most of the time I don't really have the motivation or energy. Though I'm trying to get back into it.
I find it hard in the colder months but in the warmer months I would say 5 to 7 days a week.
8 km run every morning. Not many people about at that time in the morning.
4-5x /wk. Mix of gym, climbing and obstacle runs

For me sex is good exercise so I do everyday
