Girls, do you use exfoliating gloves/sponge or just exfoliating body wash alone?

It depends; I have more hardcore exfoliants where I don't really need the gloves, but for some of the other gentler ones I use the gloves.

I don't use any tools. Just the wash itself. And my hands lol :)

I just use coffee grounds as a scrub on my body, works real wonders..
