tea = zero, cornflakes: check the data on the box, they will exactly tell you. But that is a very tiny breakfast. Breakfast is supposed to be the major meal of the day, together with lunch.
It's not enough food to actually be a meal and had no protein and little fiber. It has virtually no nutrients at all. It's low calorie but it also has virtually none of the stuff you're eating food for in the first place
I prefer eggs or a tuna sammich. I don't think cornflakes is going to give oyu energy. You need high protein and low carbs. You need a little bit of carbs or you will go crazy with hunger though.

Read the back of the box, there's a great big label telling you the nutritional information including how many calories there are in there.
It's not unhealthy, it's not very much or that nutritious either.It's inhealthy in terms of you're really not eating anything. I feel like people try sooooo hard to be healthy that they actually go to the opposite extreme and end up eating like a bird
Just eat some pancakes or something lol
