i suggest adding supports into the soles. you know that gel stuff that you can add in? it makes a difference. u just add more support where u need it. additionally, make sure ur walking around. id also recommend stretches in the morning, and a daily soak after you come home. place your feet into a tub or container with warm water for 10-15mins.

Good luck and Great job. xx
I had the same problem when I started doing hospital shifts. What I did and it fixed the problem was buy new comfortable shoes made with really soft leather so it molds better to your feet and get gel insoles, you should buy the insoles first so you can buy the correct shoe size. I know this is stuff that you probably already know.
you need to walk around during work and do not sit all the times. Try massaging the feet also. Rest is also recommended.

Foot spa relieves sore feet or if you don't have one at home just soak your feet when you get home in warm water put a few drops of lemon oil it soothes your aching feet.
Buy shea butter and apply it to your feet after every shift and put a THICK layer on, and then put socks on snd leave it over night. This is what I do after I'm no longer training.
Get gel insoles, they definitely help. Give it time, it's something you get used to after a while. I used to ache from standing up all day but since I did kitchen work I've gotten used to it.
I got soft pads in my shoes. Im a bartender and I get 10,000 steps easy in my 12 hour shift. I lay down for like half hour after work before I go to the gym. You get used to it after a while.
Massage them or have someone massage them for you. Also a shoe insert could help.
But wouldn't the dress code be even worse if it required you to wear heels?
Ice your feet when you get home.
Use soothing foot creamsGotta buy some good shoes hun. And maybe some insoles. Maybe see a doctor if your having foot and back problems.
Maybe cool them in water during a break.
Or two pairs of socks or socks under tights. You can get inserts for your shoes to cushion things. I'd start with that.
I workout so the leg muscles can take the impact from walking. I honestly believe it helps aside from all the studies.
i have a foot fetish so I think I'll just not answer this question how I normally would😁
A nice, warm bath or shower. Pumice stones and foot cream could work well too.
Buy more comfortable footwear and tell someone to give you a foot massage 👌
my girl is in a similar position. I massage her feet, whenever she's sore. I have a foot fetish so we work together perfectly :D.
maybe soak in warm water with essential oils or something while massaging?
Alright all you have to do is let me give you a foot rub everyday for free!
