My back sweats the most. I have to wear a stupid back brace for the rest of the summer and I literally have to change my shirt 2 or 3 times a day when I'm doing something because I sweat so much

I usually have a constant low grade fever, which causes me to sweat a lot. I sweat most in my underarms and back. Yikes. I hate it so much.
