I hurt my finger on a cactus?

I forgot it was on the kitchen window and I touched it by mistake and had four spikes in my finger which I'm pretty sure I got all of them out as isn't hurting as much now, didn't bleed or anything, but can I get an infection from it?

I live in the desert. No you won't get an infection. If you have any hydrogen peroxide you can use some of that. It may fell like somethings in there for days. If it's a tiny piece of the tip it will work it's way out.
Damn things bite me all the time.

Any time you pierce the skin you can get an infection. However, if you wash it wish soap an water, then bandage it up, the chances of you getting an infection is really low. Just do basic first aid on it and you should be fine.
