+1 yA week?
In college it was something like 6-8 hours I liked to go to the gym between and after lectures to distress and I played a few sports snow sports with a weekly dry ski slope , rugby 7s and league and i'd occasionally go on runs in breaks between studying and I tried a number of other sports such as American football, basketball, climbing and ruining.
The gym and playing fields where right by all my lecture rooms at the time.
After that for a while it was 0 but I was dealing with a number of trees that fell at my parents house and did a lot of other outdoor work
and I played some sports with other employs when I was working and one of the jobs I had was quite physical.
Now I'm training for the fire service fitness test for retained so temporally training in the gym 1 1/2 hours every other day - every day also occasionally going to spin classes and still choping and moving logs at home. I'm also now nearing the end of a very hopeful looking interview to be a App / Database developer so may become less active in the future.11 Reply- +1 y

+1 yDepends on how crazy the travel for my job is on a given day, but at very worst I get to the gym for the last 45 minutes or so and out in some work. Ideally, I go for like an hour and half, enough for a workout plus some buffer time for shooting the shit with people. I never go less than five days a week though, that's my sanctuary, haha. I hear you about the "living at the gym" bullshit. It's like "ok, so how many hours a day do you sit on your ass watching TV? You can't cut it from 4 down to 3 and get a lift in?" I mean, if it's not for you, I'm not going to bust your balls, but don't act like I'm the one with a problem because I work out most days, haha.

Exactly!
An hour of cardio every day (unless I'm sick or there's some important event to attend but that's usually not the case) & about 20-30min body weight exercises every other day so I guess that's about 10ish hours, too. Glad to have a home gym so people telling me I live at the gym isn't necessary because duh 😂😛

+1 yI do spurts of insane amounts of time like 5 hours of cardio in a day then wait a few days and long hikes, so about the same as you. I'd say you're good, "living" at the gym would be like 3 hours a day I feel like

With school I don t have much time
But I try to do almost every day at least 2 hours of cardio.
Then when I actually go to the gym, Inspend around 2h of workout if we count the breaks it s more.
And when I go wild during the weekends I do between 4 to 5 h of sports in total like 1h swimming then gym then tennis then walk.10 Reply

+1 y6 hours of solid exercise a week. I don't make friends in the gym. My time is limited. I get there, fuck myself up and get on with the rest of the day. So 1 hour a day, 2 rest days and the other hour is boxing training.
+1 y7.5 - 10 at the gym a week.
Talking maybe twice a week, during 'rest' between sets.
Then add the 2-4 hours for my day outside of the gym.11 Reply- +1 y
