How much money does a make over cost?

How much money do I have to invest in myself to start looking and feeling good?

Entirely depends on what you want to focus on, how much money you feel like spending, what look you're going for etc.
If you just want a completely new wardrobe, I guess you could do get a makeover with a few hundred bucks.
But if you want a haircut, skincare products, a gym membership, better food, new clothes, colognes, haircare products etc, you could easily end up paying over 1000 bucks for the whole package, and keep spending as you keep updating your gym membership/as you continuously eat the better food etc.

It's really up to you.
There are cute clothes in cheaper shops and i'm sure haircuts etc don't cost too much.
What I mean to say is, if you want a makeover, you can spend however much you want, it's all up to you and what you decide to go with.
