Been in a rut lately... crippling levels of loneliness, frustration, laziness, and a lack of energy is preventing me from doing the things I should do. Things like working out, writing and drawing, doing my school work, putting myself out there...

Anyone gone through this and know how to effectively get out of it? Better yet, anyone know how to completely get rid of depression once and for all?
