Why does my arm hurt so much?

I've been laying on my back and typing on another site for a few hours, and there's a lot of pain in my right arm. It feels "weak," to put it simply. I feel like my right arm could fall off or something. My left arm feels fine, and there isn't pressure on either of them. Why is this?

Probably just a dead arm - pins and needles caused by a loss of blood movement in the arm. Move your arm around and hang it downwards for the blood flow to go back to normal.

I'm trying and it hurts worse when I move it.

It will do but you have to move it for it to right itself. It will be really painful until it normalises

Does it hit your wrist? That's how carpal tunnel syndrome starts
