I don't have seasonal allergies -- worse, indoor allergies to dust mites and so forth so I can get it all year around.
I found netipots to be weird but more effective than anything else I've tried.
claritin... fist-fulls of claritin...
😊 ty
I have all year allergies along with being allergic to things like floor wax and cleaners at work so I have to take allergy meds a lot and muccinex
I don't know where all the congestion even comes from. I know my nose runs all day but I blow it all the time so not like it's draining down into my lungs or anything but it gets bad. I'll cough it up so much and it's been so long I sorta struggle to cough now since it always so much.
I don't think I could rinse them out with that thing, it would just go down and gag me and make me cough and stuff. Don't do too well with stuff in my nose and I know the sinuses in the back of my neck are irritated now because my neck hurts a lot and gets better with allergy medicine.

Worst - and actually only - allergy I have that I know of is penicillin.. oh, and sexists!

I cured my allergies and my sons quite easily. Take one teaspoon of raw honey EVERY day for a year. You will have to do this about every 5 or 6 years though as it seems to wear off after a few.
Some (or most) people WHO HAVE NEVER DONE THIS will insist that you MUST use local honey but I didn't and it worked great for me... i just get what's on sale but RAW works best
I suck it up with my mangina and get over it in a few days or so.
You can literally see the pollen in the air when the sun shines just at just the right angle. Is a bitch at first but after a while it's all gucci.
Eyedrops many times a day.. and nasal spray to decongest myself. Breath right strips at night.. sometimes during the day too. Yikes. Plus, I get hives easy.
If my day starts off with lots of sneezing, blowing my nose, and hacking, then I take some allergy drug. I prefer not to, but hey they help.
I'm on Cetirizine year round for allergies, and in spring (when everything is pollinating) I have prescribed eye drops.
I voted F, though I have some mild trouble but apart from limited discomfort around the nose I'm fine... worst case it comes close to a cold that disappears after a day :o
So I guess I'm fairly lucky, sorry you have to go through that :-(
Usually take some sort of medicine, theyre really bad I literally can't breathe when I wake up.
Cetirizine has been my best friend. My allergies have been terrible this year!:
Allegra 24 hour works amazing for me. But you need to keep it in your system for it to be effective. You can't just take it whenever you want and expect it to work.
Otc medications and also a little vaseline on the rim of my nose... it catches a lot of pollen and dust so it doesn't enter my nose. It really works.
What allergies? ain't no allergies here, seasonal or otherwise.
I just suffer through it and carry a kleenex with me when I go outside.
I just man up and blow my nose. It goes away in a few days.

I use nasal saline at least twice daily.
