I had cancer and became overweight during it. I dated this girl who would lecture me about my weight and the negative impact it had on my health and yet even when dating someone who had just finished chemo still smoked. It kinda confused me

I tried smoking before, one puff from my friend's cig and I was wheezing at lacrosse practice the next day. Never touched a cigarette again and don't allow anyone to smoke around me. If it's easy to do it, people generally will.
