Have you ever lost weight unintentionally?

I weighed myself early this year. I was 180 pounds.

I weighed myself today. I weigh 167 pounds. Still overweight for my height at 5 feet and 6 inches. I swear I have been 167 pounds for weeks now, and it's not moving. Hmmm... must be the fast food I ate last week. I noticed that I tend to eat a lot of processed foods, which tend to be high in sugar. Sugar is toxic in high doses, so I should get all my sugar from vegetables and fruits and whole grains. No more processed foods that have any kind of sugar in them. I also need to exercise too. The fact that I've remained at 167 pounds for weeks is telling. I just have to increase the amount of exercise but maintain the same amount of food, and make the food nutrient-dense and calorie-low, to lose weight.
