Gained weigh after losing my virginity?

Im 19 and Ever since i lost my virginty almost a year ago i gained weight, we have sex every couple days 3 times a night, is sex the possible cause? 😐😔

Well unless you've used whipped cream, chocolates and strawberries during your sexual act lol! But other than that, the workout you do while having sex is truly helpful. Just remember that once we get older our bodies and hormones tend to change, that can be the possible cause. Also if you are only consuming food and no daily workout, that just adds up to the problem.

Yeah i was skinnier than what am i now, i weighed about 103 and now i weight 128. I say my breast and butt did get a bigger but it could just be that happy weight that made my tummy grow too lol

No, sex is more exercise. Maybe you've become comfortable with this person and have eaten a bit more as a result.

No not unless you get pregnant. I'd say maybe you've just been not as worried about your weight since you had sex
