Is it true what they say about milk and muscle/bone growth?

Random question ๐Ÿ˜œ I hear this constantly. "Milk is the best way to grow in height and muscle." I've believed this for a while, so I drink three tall glasses of milk a day (about 3/4 of a gallon). I workout at the gym everyday as well, so I'm wondering if it really is the best and more importantly, WHY. (Or if there is something better or something to add, please tell me) Thank you all SO MUCH. The more info, the better ๐Ÿ˜„
