I know it may seem like a dumb question, but I heard that creatine makes muscles look larger through water retention. For those who use it, did it make muscles larger? And how long until you see results?
All while lifting weights, of course.

Be concerned more with strength gains if you are a novice, yes it helps with strength gains by doing whatever it does. There’s tons of data supporting its strength assisting capacities, water retention is a side-effect or possibly a mode of action, but yeah it helps you get bigger as a result, your muscles won’t just disappear when you stop, only if you stopped eating as much and lifting weights
Damn, really?
Yes, very true
Thanks for MHO :)

Yes it does.. Our body creates nature's creatine, but not enough to help build muscle, so taking made creatine definitely helps, and the water retention in the muscles does the trick.. It's pretty safe for the most part, I've been taking it for a while and no side effects whatsoever..
My understanding is that it keeps your pump looking pumped for longer. I think if you want to build muscle you need protein, water, and electrolytes.
It helps if you workout on a regular basis.
it creates fake muscle
No idea. Never heard of it before.
It doesn't
