So, I am trying to get stronger and I saw creatine x3 at my local grocery store and bought it. I really originally bought it like in August of last year. I realized, while working at my job, that I need to grow stronger because my job includes some heavy boxes. Also, I don't want to be seen as the guy with zero strength by everyone I meet. I already have decent amount of muscles but it's like only for show because when needed, I have as much strength as mickey mouse. I'm asking this question because I don't have a stable time schedule where it's the same every day. So, for those that may know, can I take creatine and get stronger without working out?
