i think I pulled my left bicep muscle working out a day ago. I woke up this morning and I couldn't even move my left arm it hurt so bad. I know I didn't tear the muscle because the same thing happened to my back about a year ago and it's that same pain, only in my bicep. I put ice on it, but I'm afraid that the ice would shrink my muscles. Is that true? And how do I fix this pulled muscle?
It's best to rest and let it heal on its own, don't risk more injury by going to the gym, take 2 weeks off and see how you feel, if you need more time off, take another week then see how you feel, you will know when your ready to go back to the gym

Not much you can do exce not much you can do except take some advil and use some hot packs and then cold and alternate each time
