Pale skin with (flat, white) scars - will a suntan or a faketan take to the scars or not?

Scars don't tan. They may heal better when exposed to moderate sunlight daily, but they won't become darker.

Depending on age the scars will stay light or not. The skin's ability to heal depends in how old it is.
