Is it okay to take a sleeping pill just once?

I've never taken one before. It's actually a hay fever tablet that just makes you sleepy.

no never, because once you take a sleeping pill then you will get used to it, i recently spent 3 days without any sleeping because of insomnia but didn't ate any sleeping pill, because of the addiction so i found a cure for insomnia on internet, by boiling a banana and drank its water and i slept soo good.

yes it's ok. especially a hay fever tab which is essentially just a cold/sinus medicine is really tame

some sleeping meds you have to be careful with but taking one won't hurt you

Hay fever pill is not a sleeping pill. And taking it once is never wrong. They (hay fever ones) help me sleeping on the plane without a hangover when I wake up.

So if it's not a sleeping pill i won't fall asleep with it? Like if i took it when i'm not tired at all it wouldn't make me sleep?

Yes it will make you sleepy, but its not a sleeping pill.
