I have moved from South Anatolia to Central Anatolia. Why did my skin colour get lighter but my hair colour did not change?

Because you probably moved further away from the equator.
I recently moved from the Caribbean to the US and according to my family I got paler or 'yellower' lol.
It happens, but your hair colour doesn't change because it's not your skin.
