Exercise it with a bar with no weight. When you know how to do the move perfectly, start putting weight on the bar (not a lot in the beginning). When you manage to do the move properly with that weight, increase. Its the only way to learn without getting injuries.

Like others have said use less weight.
If the bar alone is too much use dumbbells. in my opinion their better. One arm can't help the other and there's also more balance required.
Use less weight to practice good form, when the form is ingrained add more weight.

i think your using too much weight on overhead press other wise it shouldn't be a problem, have you tried overhead press on smith?
It just takes time for all your muscles to gain strength and work together , just lift the weight that doesn't cause that to your body and do more reps until your body gets use to it, your still growing so it takes time
