Go out and run, take it easy. You know a nice slow pace. You'll fill good about yourself because you stuck with your workout plan even when it was hard. Also, skipping one day can have a tendency to turn into skipping one week, one month, and eventually it becomes what workout plan? And, believe it or not, but the run will actually help alleviate the soreness.
I thought the same too ıf I skip one day ı could skip the whole plan as you said so I tried to run but I couldnt and I walked for 30 mins and I was about to fall down for a few times but luckily I didn't :)
Was this your first leg workout in a while? The first couple times back are BRUTAL, but it only lasts a few days. After that, it's a slight and manageable soreness that lasts for a day.

Rest, soreness comes because your body is not used to the type of strain and movements you've put on it because you haven't worked out in a while. Give it a few days, might even take 3-4 and then go back to it. If you feel up to it, you can take it at a slow pace, whatever your body can handle. Make sure you stretch and roll out your muscles.
If you're in pain, you rest. I suggest that you take a nice Epsom salt bath and drink lots of water.

What kinda of pain do you have? Just soreness and stiffness?

Yeah its just DOMS. Drink enough water and stretch and it should be fine.
Are you in pretty bad shape conditioning wise? If it's just muscle soreness, suck it up and keep going. Take some ibprophin or naproxen for the pain and just keep going. If it's localized and you think you might be injured, go see your doc.
Yesterday was a leg day so my legs are hurting but only top of it but I dont think I get injured but It's even hard to sit down
Probably too much weight and no stretch afterwards. Do some cardio on low level. It will help recovery.
There could be pains after first day. Keep working out.

If you overdo leg day, you'll be lucky to walk from bedroom to the bathroom the next day. Forget about stairs!
The soreness is completely normal. Going for an easy run today will loosen up your muscles. Just make sure you stretch really good before the run and after.
If you in extreme pain that is a problem. It is common to have some pain after a workout.
It's quite normal don't push yourself u'll get used to it soon

If you're just sore, it's fine. After stretching, it won't effect how you perform as opposed to an injury. It just feels pretty uncomfortable. Realistically though, you shouldn't be doing cardio and lowers consecutively
Stretch. And it'll pass.
