I've tried anti-depressants, had horrible side affects and I'm scared to try a different one.. but if it comes down to it I might have too. I was diagnosed about 3 years ago but have been depressed for around 5. Basically there are days when its bad and days when its really bad. I never have good days, only good hours very rarely, where I feel somewhat normal or how I was before depression. These good hours are usually about 1-2 hours a month late at night since I always stay up all night. The daytime makes me feel worse. I eat healthy, exercise sometimes, don't have friends so thats ruled out, I do almost all the things I used to enjoy, these methods don't seem to work. Is there anything else that might help?
