Exercise is too important. Do it. Aim for 5 days a week. Do cardio weights sports swimming. Anything. But do it.
Therapy. Until you figure out the root of your depression. This may help

I don't take anything for it, as I believe that the drugs will just fuck me up if I did that.
I believe that there is a reason for everything... I know my reasons for dealing with this... I know that it can be fixed with solving what is making me depressed. Drugs and therapies are BS in my eyes.
Try Cognitive Behavioural therapy. It's the only thing that helped me out at all and I've been depressed all my life and medicated for most of it.

Do you do anything that makes you feel better about life? Volunteer somewhere? What do you do for a job?
There's no cure, you just learn to deal with it and function with it over time really.
