A picture says a lot more than just a description. That weight can come from different things (ie muscle). Measurements mean nothing to me and don't pay much attention to them. But having said that it doesn't sound too bad. I know people your height that are 160 lbs (so they say anyway) but are in no way fat or unattractive.

There are girls much bigger than you are; so, no, you're not 'big' for a girl.

The fact that your waist is smaller than your hips indicates you're in good shape and many will find that attractive.

But likes most responses, a pic will get you better answers because most people are visual.

That's a healthy weight for your height. You can probably weigh up to 140lbs and still be healthy at that height i'm pretty sure.

No, I am 5'5" and 134 lbs. Its even a very ideal weight regarding BMI. If you also have a good muscle/fat ratio its even perfect.

Depends on age, but 120-140 is normal as far as health is concerned. That range changes the more muscle you get. At 5'4 I would expect your "hot weight" to be around 115-120. But that's ideal standards. So 130 is just fine.

If you're younger than 17, then 105-115 depends on your genetics.

Who knows. What's your body fat %? How much muscle do you have? Are you well endowed? Do you have a wide frame? Etc etc. But usually it is fine.

No. I mean, ur smaller than me and most other 6 foot plus guys, so ur not too big. 130 pounds is pretty good too, not very heavy, plus the muscle mass is contributing to that too.
