If you want bulk, I wouldn't do sit ups.
I want to lose some fat and then generally improve my overall fitness. There are a couple places I want to add more muscle to but I'll be OK with just St dropping some fat first.
I need a defined six pack too, so I'm doing a variation of home exercises!
Yes you'll get there man! it's way easier if you're trying to lose fat, easier to get deifnition
