I'm currently 103lbs after a bout of anorexia over the past year and a half, and although my parents are trying to get me to gain weight, I'm trying not to gain any fat or cellulite, just muscle. I did a pretty hard workout two days ago and am still extremely sore from it. Today I've had a green juice (1 cup of spinach, 1 kale leaf, 1 cup of strawberries, 1 banana, and chia seeds), half a cup of Yoplait Vanilla Greek Yogurt, a handful of almonds, a handful of pistachio nuts, a tomato cut up mixed with artichoke and onion, a bowl of stir-frye broccoli for lunch, and my mom is making whole-grain spaghetti tonight that she'll probably make me pair with a salad. She made a red velvet cake yesterday and I picked at some of it (mostly frosting) earlier as well. I feel like I need to work out after this, and will probably feel even worse after dinner, and am just wondering if all that I've eaten today will result in any weight gain, since I'm unable to exercize today. Thank you.
